Refund Policy — AirShare

⚠️ No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for AirShare Pro licenses (1-Year or Lifetime), except where required by applicable law.

Why No Refunds?

AirShare Pro licenses are delivered digitally and activated instantly. Once you've entered your license key and activated Pro features, the product has been delivered in full.

Since we cannot "take back" a digital product that's already been delivered and activated, we maintain a strict no-refunds policy.

Try Before You Buy

We strongly encourage you to try the Free version first to ensure AirShare meets your needs before purchasing a Pro license.

The Free version includes:

All core features (peer discovery, file transfers, encryption)
File size limit: 200 MB
Transfer limit: 10 per day
Transfer history: 7 days

This gives you a full experience of how AirShare works before committing to a purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in the following exceptional circumstances:

Technical Issues: If AirShare is fundamentally broken on your system and we cannot provide a working solution within a reasonable timeframe
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same license multiple times
Legal Requirements: Where required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

License Transfers

We do not support transferring licenses to other users. Licenses are personal and non-transferable.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Payment disputes should be directed to Dodo Payments's support team.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are protected by consumer laws that require refund rights (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive), those rights apply regardless of this policy.
