AirShare Software License Agreement

1. License Grant

AirShare ("the Software") is licensed, not sold, to you. This license grants you the right to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

Install and use the Software on your personal devices
Share files using the Software's functionality
Use the Software for personal and commercial purposes

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Remove or modify any copyright notices

4. Privacy

The Software may collect usage data to improve functionality. Your privacy is important to us. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain our property (or that of our licensors). This agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AirShare is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

12. Contact Information

By installing, accessing, or using AirShare, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement.
