This Privacy Policy explains how AirShare (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and processes personal data when you use our application, website, and related services (“Services”).

1. Data we collect

• License & billing data: email address and transaction/license identifiers from Lemon Squeezy in order to issue and validate licenses (one-time 1-year or lifetime) and manage billing. We do not collect or store payment card details — Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record and processes payments on our behalf.
• Support data: information you voluntarily provide when contacting us (e.g., email content, attachments, crash logs you send).
• Usage data (optional): if enabled, basic telemetry for diagnostics (e.g., app version, OS type, non-identifying event counts). We aim to keep this minimal and anonymous.

2. How we use data

• To issue, validate, and manage software licenses (via Lemon Squeezy APIs/webhooks).
• To process purchases, receipts, invoices, and tax records (handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record).
• To provide support, troubleshoot issues, and improve the Services.
• To comply with legal obligations (e.g., accounting and tax compliance).

3. Legal bases

We process personal data based on: (a) performance of a contract (providing the Software and license management); (b) legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security, product improvement); and (c) legal obligations (tax/accounting).

4. Sharing

• Lemon Squeezy (billing, licensing, tax, invoices). When you purchase or manage a license, Lemon Squeezy’s terms and privacy policy apply to that interaction.
• Infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting/CDN/email) acting as processors under data processing agreements.
• We do not sell personal data.

5. Data retention

We retain licensing and transaction reference data for as long as necessary to validate licenses, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle your request and maintain service records.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (e.g., GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Contact us at info@trayairshare.com. If we rely on your consent for optional telemetry, you can withdraw it at any time in-app.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed and stored in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for international data transfers.

AirShare is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
